How much and how fast is shipping?
US shipping is $6.99 flat-rate. Once your order is placed, our dedicated team swiftly prepares and ships your order within 1-2 business days. From there, your package will be off to our favorite mail carriers. For more questions, please review our shipping policy.
How do I change something about my order?
We get it—sometimes plans change, and you may need to modify or cancel your order. We're happy to help, but please reach out to us immediately! Our team moves fast, often processing orders within 4-6 hours. Once your order has been packed in the warehouse, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancellations. Act quickly, and we’ll do our best to assist!
Why was my order canceled?
Ugh, we hate when this happens! Sometimes an item sells out before our system can catch up. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know within 24-48 hours and issue a refund ASAP. If you grabbed other items in your order, don’t worry—they’re still on their way! 🚚
