Do you offer giftcards?

Yes! We offer electronic gift cards. Once purchased, we will send the gift card to the email provided at checkout.

How do I use a promotional code?

At the checkout stage, you can enter your promotional code into the discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one discount code is redeemable per order. Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or towards the purchase of a gift card. Some additional exclusions may apply.

How do I use my gift card or store credit?

Store credits and e-gift cards are delivered to the email provided at checkout. After your order, you’ll receive an email containing a unique code which you can use on future orders.

To use your gift card or store credit by adding your items to your shopping cart and continue to checkout. At checkout, enter your gift card number in the field labeled “Gift Card or Discount Code” and click Apply.

Do you have a sizing chart?

We have a variety of brands that we work with therefore sizing may vary between items. We do not have a universal sizing chart, however, you will be able to find sizing details in the description of each item.

Why was my order canceled?

While it’s rare, it’s possible for items to become out of stock. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-48 hours about the cancellation and issue you a refund. If you ordered additional items, these items will still be shipped as normal.

What do I do if I received a damaged item?

Please contact us at info@raisingbrave.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you received a defective, damaged item. Please review our Return policy for more details.

Do you have a storefront?

No, we are an online and pop-up only boutique at this time.

Do you offer local pickup?

We do love our local Plymouth shoppers and are happy to be able to provide local pickup! At checkout, under the shipping options just choose “Local Plymouth, IN Pickup” at checkout. Once your order is received, we will send you an email with pickup details. Processing times for pickup orders can take between 5 - 7 business days. Pickup will be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 am -7:00 pm. Pickup address and details will be provided via email.

I am hosting an event/party, do you travel to pop-ups?

Yes! Whether you are a business hosting an event or a customer throwing a get together with friends, we would love to be a part of your event. Please contact us at info@raisingbrave.com with event details and we will check our calendar!
