Refund policy
At Raising Brave, we want you to love everything you order! We know that sizing can be tricky when shopping for yourself or little ones. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to exchange your order for a different size (if available) or provide store credit. We ask that you please carefully read and understand our Return Policy before sending back any items.Â
Return Requirements:Â
If you would like to request a return we must receive your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. We will happily return for store credit as long as the item meets the below requirements:Â
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If an item appears to be worn, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags are no longer attached, or if the item is received beyond 30 days of receiving your order, we cannot accept the return.
- Items that are final sale, accessories, and gift cards cannot be returned.Â
- Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a third party.Â
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@raisingbrave.com as we will assist you with the next steps to take.
- We will ask that you include the original packaging slip or include your order confirmation in the packaging. If we do not have this information, we cannot process your return.Â
- Please allow us 1-3 business days to inspect and process your return. If your return meets our requirements, we will issue you an e-gift card for the amount you purchased the item excluding any shipping costs.
- Raising Brave is not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
- If an item does not meet our above return requirements or is outside the 30 day window, then your item will be shipped back to you.Â
- Items sold at pop-up events are final sales. Â
Exchanges:Â
- Due to the nature of inventory stock and items selling quickly, Raising Brave can't always guarantee availability for exchanges therefore we only process returns. You will follow the same return process above if you are needing to exchange for a different size. If your items meet our return requirements, then you will be issued a store credit minus shipping fees so that you can purchase a new size.Â
Defective items:
- If anything is incorrect, missing, or an item appears to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@raisingbrave.com or you can use our contact form here.Â
